Dough
1 Cup Flour
1 Cup Water
4-5 Tablespoons Oil
3 Eggs
2 Tablespoons of sugar
Oil to deep fry the dough
Syrup
2 Cups Sugar
1 Cup Water
1 Tablespoon Rose water
1 Teaspoon Cream of Tatar
Syrup: Add all the ingredients and boil till all the sugar dissolves and make a consistent syrup.
Dough:
1. Add water, sugar and oil to a non-stick pot and bring it to simmer over medium heat.
2. Add flour to the mix till you get a consistent soft dough
3. Let the dough gets to the room temperature
4. Break the eggs in the dough one by one and stir till it gets disappear in the dough
5. Put the dough in the bag and cut the corner or the bag
6. Heat the oil and drop the dough in the hot oil in desired size and deep fry it till it gets to gold-ish brown color
7. Take it out of oil and put on paper towel to lose the oil absorbed
8. Then put the deep fried sweets in syrup for 20 minutes and take out
